Do duplicates always work?
Yes—each card is fully tested on your system before delivery. We charge only after you confirm it works.
Can you clone garage remotes too?
Yes! We duplicate garage and gate remotes (fixed or rolling code systems) with matching protocols and synchronization.
How many duplicates can I order?
From single cards to batches of 50+, we handle individual and bulk orders for residential and corporate clients.
What types of cards can you duplicate?
We clone RFID (125 kHz), MIFARE/NFC (13.56 MHz), UHF long‑range, HID iClass, HID 0008p, and password‑protected UHF cards.
How much does duplication cost?
Prices are:
HID 0008p – AED 50
UHF – AED 100
HID iClass – AED 200
Password‑protected UHF – AED 300
Bulk and combo discounts apply.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk orders start with special pricing:
5–10 UHF cards – AED 90 each
26+ cards – custom rates
Also 20% off combos and recurring contracts.
How long does duplication take?
Photo‑based orders often deliver same day; pickup/drop and bulk orders typically 1–2 business days.
Is my original card safe?
Yes. For physical pickups, we securely transport and return your original along with the duplicate. Photos remain private and are deleted after use.
What if my system rejects the card?
If the clone doesn't work, we offer free rechecks, adjustments, or full refunds—your satisfaction is guaranteed.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery, online payments, bank transfers, and POS machines upon pickup or delivery.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. All orders—including bulk and corporate—come with a detailed invoice.
Do you deliver across UAE?
Yes! We cover Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman (courier), and offer bulk service for Abu Dhabi.
Are cards cloned secure?
We maintain strict privacy and encryption standards. Photos and card data are never shared externally.
Is Clone Smith licensed?
Yes. We're registered under Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism, Trade License No. 1525996.
Do you offer warranties?
We provide 6-month compatibility support—if your clone stops working during this period, we’ll fix or replace it free of charge.
What if I lose the card later?
We keep secure backups for corporate and bulk clients. For individuals, a fresh clone may require a new card/photo.
Can I send cards by post?
Yes. We handle postal submissions—ensure the package is secure, and we return originals plus duplicates.
Can I mix card types in bulk?
Absolutely. You can combine UHF, HID, encrypted cards—custom quotes available.
How do I know which card I have?
Send us a photo. We’ll identify the type—RFID, UHF, HID—and advise the best cloning option.
Are there hidden fees?
No surprises. All costs are upfront—card type, quantity, and delivery included.
Can you clone expired or deactivated cards?
If the original still works, yes. If deactivated, climbs may fail; we can help request reactivation or issue new cards.
What if my building requires approval?
We duplicate independently—no building management needed. However, compliance with your building rules is your responsibility.
Do you support residential and commercial?
Yes. We serve apartment residents, villas, offices, warehouses, parking lots, and gated communities.
Do you duplicate NFC tags/stickers?
Yes! We clone NFC smart tags for profiles, digital business cards, Wi‑Fi links, smart locks, and more.
Is same-day delivery free?
Yes, across Dubai. Outside Dubai (Sharjah/Ajman), postage or courier fees apply.
What do I do if I need help after hours?
Send a WhatsApp message anytime. We respond during working hours (9am–9pm Sat–Thu) and return queries fast.
Do you offer service agreements?
Yes. For property managers and security companies, we offer monthly/annual plans, priority support, and regular audits.
